Kidnap attempt on 2-year-old foiled by the RRS

33-year-old Suleiman Seidu has been arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos state police command for attempting to kidnap 2-year-old Chimdi Udwu in Owode, Ogun State.
